Snail Mail for letters hand written and packages marked (missionary Supplies) value less then 40$ that he would have to pay customs fees on. Or least expensive rate: US Postal Service Priority Mail International flat rate envelops made of cardboard sent for $13.00 for 4lbs, tape well or there is a Priority Mail International Flat rate box that can go for $38.00 for 20lbs.

Missionaries can only email family on Prep Day if they are not in the Africa bush.
